Adam Daniel is an international fitness presenter and educator. He has worked as a strength and conditioning coach for the RFU (Rugby Football Union), having had England trials himself. He was ranked 5th in the world as a junior 400meter hurdler. And he now represents Gret Britain as an age group cyclist.
In this episode we look at how you can benefit from making your training 3 dimensional, by training in multiple planes of motion. We debunk some myths that surround functional training, and look at how you can incorporate more 3 dimensional exercises into your own training.

Tom Bryant and Ed Singleton aren't elite athletes. They both work office jobs, and until recently lived fairly sedentary lifestyles. A few weeks of couch to 5k has changed that, they're now both keen runners.

Suzanne Turner isn't like other people, she takes things even further. Suzanne is taking on the "Adventure Challenge". She aims to set a world record for being the faster woman, ever to summit the highest peak on each of the 7 continents, and ski the last degree to each of the poles.
